Ladies who do this kind of work in Poland have detailed price lists. Services are offered for an hour, all night, and for those who have less time, oral sex for a separate price (it varies greatly in price, depending on whether it is done with a condom).
Let us remind you that Polish law does not prohibit prostitution. There is not even a legal definition of this phenomenon, but forced prostitution and pimping are prohibited.
Article 203 of the Criminal Code regulates that anyone who, through violence, illegal threat, deception or use of a relationship of dependence or a critical situation, forces another person to engage in prostitution – is punishable by imprisonment for a term of one to 10 years.
Receiving financial benefit from prostitution by another person is the most popular crime related to the sex business.
Article 204 of the Criminal Code of Poland stipulates pimping, pandering and kuplerstwo. Each of these three crimes is punishable by imprisonment for up to 3 years. However, if the subject of the behavior is a minor, that is, a person under 18 years of age, the perpetrator is subject to punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 1 to 10 years.
Pimping – persuades another person to engage in prostitution, for example, by insisting, persuading, promising benefits.
The Criminal Code also provides for the crime of kuplerstwo, that is, facilitating prostitution for another. Lawyers note that, for example, kuplerstwo can consist of mediation between a prostitute and clients, renting rooms in which services are provided.
However, lawyers emphasize that behavior qualifying as kuplerstwo behavior must be of a permanent nature and be aimed at achieving one’s own material benefit associated with prostitution. This is a crime that can only be committed directly. Therefore, renting a place to live to a whore and receiving only the usual amount of rent is not a crime, despite the fact that the tenant is engaged in paid sexual activity in it.
Public opinion on the issue of legalizing prostitution in Poland is ambiguous. Despite the historically strong position of the Catholic Church, a large number of Poles are in favor of the full legalization of prostitution.
The price of a prostitute in Poland
In the case of an hourly offer, two amounts usually appear – 150 zlotys and 200 zlotys. A night usually costs 1,500 zlotys. No one will be surprised that prostitutes live best in the capital. Prices in Warsaw are the highest and average 254 zlotys per hour and more than 2,250 zlotys per night. It is curious that the second and third places on the price podium are occupied by Lublin (219 zlotys per hour) and Bialystok (216 zlotys per hour).
The sex industry is not free from discrimination based on appearance and age. Young girls aged 18-25 can expect the highest earnings. The average national price per night in this category is PLN 1,965 and PLN 209 per hour. Women over 35 can expect PLN 1,396 per night and PLN 150 per hour, and after 50, the average price drops to PLN 1,188 per night and PLN 132 per hour.
Overweight prostitutes in Poland earn less. Salary also depends on weight. A woman weighing up to 50 kg values her charms at PLN 1,870 per night and PLN 199 per hour. Colleagues weighing over 80 kg can only expect PLN 1,227 per night and PLN 133 per hour.
The taller the prostitute in Poland, the higher her price per hour
The more centimeters, the better. Short women (up to 160 cm) charge around 1500 PLN per night and 166 PLN per hour, while the tallest (over 180 cm) can easily charge 2333 PLN per night and almost 250 PLN per hour. Knowledge of foreign languages also increases the cost of services.
Representatives of the “stronger” or “very beautiful” sex, dreaming of earning money in Poland with their charms in this area, should prepare for a tough collision with reality. In their case, the prices are much lower. The time of such work is usually estimated at 100 PLN, and the night – at 1000 PLN.
